Settings are stored locally and synced to the backend on next connection. Changes take effect when you connect or reconnect.

Choose how traffic is routed through the VPN tunnel.
SECURITY OPTIONS
KILL SWITCH
Block all internet traffic if the VPN tunnel drops unexpectedly. Prevents accidental IP leaks.
AUTO-CONNECT
Automatically connect to the last used server when BlackTier VPN starts.
DNS RESOLVER
DNS queries are tunnelled through the VPN. Select a resolver to use when connected.

MTU (MAXIMUM TRANSMISSION UNIT)
Packet size for the WireGuard tunnel. Lower values reduce fragmentation on restricted networks. 1420 is recommended for most connections.
DANGER ZONE
BURN MODE
Emergency protocol. Immediately disconnects the active tunnel, wipes all WireGuard private keys, peer configurations, and stored credentials from disk. The VPN will be non-functional until re-provisioned.
This action cannot be undone.
RESET TO DEFAULTS
Reset all settings to factory defaults. Full tunnel, kill switch on, Cloudflare DNS, MTU 1420. Does not affect credentials or connections.
